No 2 looks right to me. In SQL SELECT use SQL syntax.

Vegar is correct when he said you to use the https://www.w3schools.com/sql/sql_like.asp

I use the same on PLSQL you can see here https://www.techonthenet.com/oracle/like.php

...WHERE

and not [CLAIM_WEAKKEY] like '102.33|%'
and not [CLAIM_WEAKKEY] like '102.41|%'

I thing your code it's ok, whats it's return?
