select default Y from KPI

In the master items i have report 1 to 23 and i have an another KPI named FOUND -Y or N, I want to fix this FOUND value as Y if the user selects report 23 .

Hi, please explain more what you mean. What is "report 1 to 23"? Different tables? Dimensions? What type of KPI is FOUND?
