I have following problem:
In one table I have min-max intervals.

| A | 250 001 | 500 000 | 0,25% |
| A | 500 000 | 1 000 000 | 0,20% |
| B | 0 | 1 000 000 | 0,20% |
| B | 1 000 001 | 1 400 000 | 0,40% |
in another :
OWNER TAmount Filed3
A 300 000 should be 0,25%
B 1 200 000 should be 0,40%
and need to write expression for field3: corresponding rate based on OWNER and TAmount (between MinS and MaxS)
Could you help me, please ?
