Hi

In the above pivot table i want arrange the time values into sorting and pic the first 5 rows of data.

in sorting tab it showing sorting for name only for expresstion it's not showing why?

In the Sorting section, change the Sorting from "Auto" to "Sort by Expression"

Then in the fx field, put in your measure

Hi Manikantha,

You can limit the number of values which are being shown like this.

Once done, you can use the sorting panel to sort it the way you need.
