user cannot see stream

hi,

hope someone can help me with this

why can't i see a certain stream in the Hub that was created by another user, although i have all the associated rules (RUDP)?

i have seen this thread

didn't help me

the users has all the rules for this specific stream (we use qliksense server, so the rules are associated through the QMC) and still when a accessing the Hub, this specific stream is not there.
