user not recognised

Hi there,

Despite appearing in our Active Directory and having been added to the users directory in the Sense QMC, a user of mine cannot access QlikSense. On navigating to the server address he receives a 'the website requires you to log in' error.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Does that user have browser auth turned off in the browser?  That may be one reason.  Can they try a different browser?  Does it work for you from another system?
