I noticed that our qlik does not provide bookmark option to the external clients and I want to solicit your expert ideas what would be the risk of exposing the bookmark to the general public?
I was not with the company when it was initiated and no one can tell me why they do not want to show the bookmark features.
Allowing users to create bookmarks can create a maintenance issue. If someone uses a field that you later remove or rename, the bookmark will no longer work. Someone in your company may have to chosen to avoid this headache by not allowing bookmarks for external users.
