whatif analysis in qliksense

How to Create Whatif analysis(Without variable extension) in qliksense?

By whatif analysis, do you mean a range slider that sets variable values and updates your charts? 

Sense does not have a range slider object as part of it's standard functionality.

with out any extensions can't we do whatif analysis for a report?

What do you mean by what if analysis? 

If you mean what I've described above then you will need an extension. 

Can you tell me more about what you're trying to develop?

Go on qlik branch (Qlik Branch) and download for example "option variable" or the "slider" and attache them to a variable in qlik sense that modifies the value under the "what if" analysis
