1 particular user Not logging in

Hi All,

I have a strange issue. Only 1 particular AD user is not able to log into access point(no section access related documents). Using the same machine other users can able to log in to access point.

His user name and password are correctly entered and get the following error from open in server option from client

Any idea what might be the issue here?

Check weather or not the user is connected to the local network.

Maybe user is connected to the Guest wifi.

There could be different security settings related to these user-profile - you could look if there are ports blocked (AFAIK 4747 is important here). Further you should take a look on the AD-groups to which users belong which are able to login and then check if these user belonged to them, too - if not I would change this at first.
