AND-MODE help request

Can someone help me with the Restaurant AND-MODE function in the Food, POS & ANDMODE TAB of the attached Times_Square.qvw?

While able to get the Food AND-MODE script to work, I am unable to get the Restaurant AND-MODE script to work.

The goal is to select Customers who attended either both or, one-but-NOT-the-other, of the Restaurants.
