Access Point 12

I am having an issue with 1 application in the access point displaying an incorrect thumbnail  The image that is displaying is from an older dashboard.  I have deleted the job and created a new one, but the thumbnail is still incorrect.

I was able to correct it.

I went to settings --> Document Properties -->Opening

Then on Document Thumbnail, I change the radio button to Opening Sheet

Have you tried with "Remove Last Document State"? the option shows when clicking in "View Details"

Eduardo, yes I have tried "Remove Last Document State", but nothing changed.

Hi Frank,

Are you using a proxy for your application.

If yes then try to test it without the proxy [set your app in exception on the proxy].

Hi Frank,

There's no caching going on from a Qlik persepctive.  QlikView only stores the filepath to your thumbnail.  Could it be that the old image is still in the thumbnail folder?

Umm, well all you've done there then is set the document thumbnail to be the sheet you were last on when you closed your QVW.  If you want to set it to an image of your choice then under Document Properties -->Opening -->Document Thumbnail, select Image, browse to your image then ensure that the image you browse to is accessible on the server too.
