And actual sales tables and budget tables need to concatenate, so the data will come correctly according to the date field and other dimension selections.

Actual/budget will give exact target achieved percentage.

Example

if your calculating a target achieved by weight

([ACTUAL SALES WEIGHT]/[TARGET WEIGHT])

will give the exact target achieved percentage
