Add Column to Pivot Table

I'm trying to add a total column to a pivot table.  I've selected the "Show Partial Sums" check box on the presentation tab.  This sort of works when only selecting one column but if multple columns are selected the total column isn't displayed.  Any ideas how to do this?  Here is an example of how it should look but with multiple columns instead of only one.

have you enabled "show partial sum" for all your dimensions.

I thought that worked. Actually, it is giving me incorrect total amounts. Any ideas?
