Alerts on QMC are not working

my alerts on QMC when the task is running are not working

but when I do a manually reload on the server it self it is working.

I have also tested the configuration it is working, when I click the test it is working fine,

Please help me why on QMC the alerts when the scheduled task is running are not working

The alerts inform you when a task is failed after running.
