Metadata reload can be triggered in latest versions of Qlik NPrinting 17. By creating one or more triggers for each connection you can reload its metadata and cache on a time base.
You are using local connection (we suggest to use server connections) so the only way to have updated data on reports after a QlikView document reload it to run a Qlik NPrinting connection reload before to run the publish task.
If you are a developer or you can ask the help of a developer you can also use the Qlik NPrinting API to run connection reloads by using Qlik NPrinting API
