Binary load document generates a log document?

Hello Qlik Experts,

I am new to QlikView and I am following 3-tier architecture for my application. I am getting log files for the first two files (Extract and Transform), missing for the final binary load application. May I know Do we get a log file for binary load document?

Yes, if you enable the "Generate log file" option in Settings->Document Properties->General.

But it won't contain much. Just a header, a numbered empty line and an "Execution finished" message.

Hi,

This new log only appears the log from the Binary Load. Anything before will be in the log of the previous *.qvw file.
