Blank Dashboard Displayed in Only Firefox/Chrome

Hello,

I have a QVW published to AccessPoint. I can see the dashboard fine in Firefox and Chrome. My coworker sees only a blank page when he tries to access the same dashboard in Firefox/Chrome, but he can see it fine in IE 11. We both have the same version of Chrome. I cannot figure out why I can see it with the exact same version of Chrome, but he cannot. Same goes for Firefox. Is there possibly some Ajax client-related setting/plugin that is enabled for me that is somehow disabled for him? Any other theories?

did you consider authentication problem with Firefox/Chrome? Any proxy (or extensions used to switch from a proxy to another)?
