Bookmarks not saving

For some reason our Qlikview will not save bookmarks. We use Qlikview server and log in through Internet Explorer. We've tried multiple logins and we still have the same problems.

We click the green star, enter the details and click save, but the bookmark won't appear in the bookmark dropdown box.

I've tried restarting the server but still no luck fixing the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know the reason for this problem and how to fix it.

Hi,

Are you allowing server objects under the Management console > System > QVS > Documents?

Thank you, that fixed it. I had to change the server objects option from "Named User" to "All Authenticated Users"
