Calculate Total Hours

Hi All,

I have start date and end date and want to calculate Total Hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday -Friday), excluding weekends.

Start Date                                    End Date

4/27/2009  3:34:56 PM               5/28/2009 6:30:00 PM

How to achieve this.
