Calculated percentage not tally with the Axis percentage

I made a combo chart and my final calculated value is correct.

After I change the number format to percentage with 2 decimal point and making all percentage format as secondary axis.

However, the secondary axis seems to have the decimal place wrong.

Where can I set the decimal place for Axis?

In this case it would help if you can attach the app or a sample app, so folks can check the settings on things etc.
