Calendar object icon showing error

Hi experts,

I create a calendar object in qlik view desktop and it is showing correct, but the calendar objects icon is showing error in web. I am not sure it is the error of web sever configuration.

While publishing the QVW at Root Folder/Access Point, we also have .shared & .meta qvw of same.

Probably, delete those .shared & .meta file and again relaod & refresh, might help you..

Please first check and Update your IE version it should be above 9.

Also kindly check qlikview version

I opened it by Chrome, but IE encountered the same error.

Sorry, I am not sure how to view the Qilk view SR version. can you tell me how to view it?

I only get the qlik view server info:

Many thanks for your all replies.

I get my qlikview version: 11.20.11643.0 IR, but I think this is desktop version only, and my calendar object icon show correctly in the qlikview desktop.

I am not sure the whether the qlikview desktop version will effect the qlikview web.
