Can I as an end user, refresh the data in the dashboard on demand?

Hi,

I am trying to pull together a dashboard for my company's business users. The place where i am stuck is, since the data in the data sources updates every few minutes, can i create a solution that is on demand. What I mean by that is, the business user with the access to view the dashboard clicks a button, the dashboard reloads with the latest data. Can this be implemented in Qlikview? Thanks in advance.

Yes, it is possible. You can create a button in the dashboard to reload as needed. Find the attached example.

The button solution only works from QV Desktop.  In Access Point, you need to use the extension documented here
