Can not download Qlik Sense server

Hi! My company bought Qlik Sense Server with 10 user licenses. Now I want to upgrade Qlik Sense Server to modern version "April 2019". But anything I do drives me to download Qlik Sense Desktop or QlikView Personal Edition. 

What I do wrong? How can I download Qlik Sense Server setup file?

In the email along with the license and control number you should have got a URL where you can download the software, that will be

https://qlikid.qlik.com/portal/download

If you don't have a user to access that portal (which should be the same as the one you use to log in here) please contact Qlik Support so they can fix the account in order for you to download the software.

If you purchased via a Qlik Partner, also contact them to make sure they have your contact details correct.
