Hi,
On one of our clients, which use the web access point, we have problems with export from the objects to Excel (or any other format like txt and xml) when using the IE Plugin Client. Have tried "Send to Excel" and also Export. Have uninstalled the IE Plugin and installed it again - didn't help. No problems exporting to Excel if we use the Ajax client instead from the same client.
The problem is not registered from any other client.
The client runs Windows7 Pro (64 bit) and Internet Explorer version 9, the Office version is 2007.
Are there any settings in Internet Explorer I should check, or anything else?
Yes, try add the QV adress into trusted sites in IE

Thanks, it worked! Do you know why this must be done? Haven't done it on any other clients
Well, Internet Explorer is Internet Explorer
Hi johnan, kaffehuset,
we have run into what looks like the same issue as our company is deploying Windows 7 , IE9.
We have just migrated to qv11.
Woudl you be so good as to which "qv adress" you added to the trusted sites. Is it just the server name or the folder which qvs uses to display document?
Thanks for your help
Hi,
we use the servername (http://<servername>), no folders. If still problems, try the ip adress instead
Hi Kaffehuset,
thanks for the reply. So far no luck but I'll keep you posted. Have a good weekend!

Add it into trusted site in IE.
