Can we chane X & Y position of graph on certain actions.

That's only possible with a macro. And it will not work in the ajax client. You can find an example in this discussion: Re: Text box slide/move. Alternatively use more text boxes and show/hide them at need:  Re: Function to Move TEXT Object dynamically ?
