Change Dimension legend values text color in line chart

Hi All,

I have a line chart and in that having one dimension and one expression.

Dimension is concatenated with Year and Quarter i have used "Year & Quarter" in dimension.

Year having 2018,2019,2020 then line chart showing 2018Q1, 2018Q2 like that in every value is showing.

i want to change the Dimension legend values color, i am using Axes -> Dimension Axis change -> font.

I want to see the color like 2018 having red, 2019 having green and 2020 having blue color.

how to write the expression for concatenated field to change the text color.

like 2018Q1, 2018Q2 2018Q3, 2018Q4  these 4 having red color 2019Q1, 2019Q2 2019Q3, 2019Q4  these 4 having green color.

Please suggest me how to achieve this scenario.
