Change Year to Fiscal Year in Expression

Hello

I ahve an expression which shows the calender year in a graph

=if(InYear( CWT_Monthly_desc_Report.desc_month_Year, Today(),0), date(CWT_Monthly_desc_Report.desc_month_Year,'MMM YYYY'))

What I really want is for the calculated dimension  to show Financial Year data dated from Apr - YTD

Can someone kindly help me rewrite this
