Chart's bars not colored in a report

Hi all

I have created a report and draged into it a chart. However when previewing the chart or printing it to Acrobat Distiller the chart's bars are in gray scale and not colors.

Is that normal? Can the chart be made to retain the colors in the report?

Thanks

Josh

Hi,

On the chart properties -> Color tab,

Uncheck the Use patters instead of colors when printing

Hope this helps,

Erich

Mine is grayed out so that i can't de-select the "use patterns instead of colors". how do i get rid of that?

Hi,

Are you accessing the .qvw directly?

Can you try to clone the object and check if the option becomes available?

Rgds,

Erich

Check your User Preferences, Printing tab, it has a setting that overrides individual chart settings.

Thanks i found it just before your post =).

So for the record, in order to be able to change it you need to select "Use Chart settings" in the User Preferences -> Printing
