Clear cache memory Qlikview server

HI All

Please help me with clearing the cache in Qlikview access point memory since it is showing the same filter selection as previously selected while I've changed and saved with a different filter selection in the application.Since I've a lot of business users, I can't ask everyone to  click on "Remove Last Document State". Please advise.

In the QMC, disable Allow Session Recovery. All documents will open as the document was last saved. This is a server side setting, you cannot disable it for a subset of QVWs, it's all or nothing.

If not, removing the .Shared file will do to erase all bookmarks and session bookmarks, but it will also remove any objects, other than bookmarks, that the users may have created.

But if it's the cache, then stop and start the QlikView Server service.
