I have attached a sample view wherein i want the bars in Chart 1 to be clickable. There are 2 bars in Chart1 on selection of which the data in chart 2 should change. So if the purple bar is selected the chart 2 should reflect all 'reasons'(x-axis) in chart 2 having 'numerator' column as 0 , if blue bar is selected then chart 2 should reflect all 'reasons'(x-axis) having numerator =1.
As you have a cyclic dimension in chart 1, it will depend what is displayed as to what you can select. When you have report date visible and you only have one date in your data, selecting that date will not change chart 2.
