I have a requirement as below:
i.e i need different headers for column 1,3,4 i need header as target whereas for 2,5 i need header as 'target rate'.
I have tried ColumnNo(TOTAL) in order o recognize the column no but it doesn't work?
Is there any workaround that i can get column number for column labels??
NOTE: I AM USING PIVOT TABLE.
Could you please share you sample source data?
You just need to manually add the text and number in the label of dimension.
Go to Dimensions > Select a field > Label > Add text like 'target 1'
Hopefully this helps you.
Let me know if i can be of any more help.
As you can see i need different labels. example 'Target pro rata' and 'Target'.
In order to acheive this i need to know the Column No.
Hope you get my issue now
My 'Target Pro data' or 'Target' is an expression and not a dimension
Even the expression has a label field. This should be above the expression definition field. Go to expressions, enter the expression definition and above that, Enter any label you desire
I am trying to make changes in the label itself. But this thing is I cant use ColumnNo(TOTAL) in the column labels
What do you need the column to show
I need table labels as below:
You can see 'Target pro rata' and 'Target' labels here ...so for Column 1,3,4 i need label as 'Target pro rata' and for column 2,5 i need label as 'Target'
In order to identify which Column i need the labels i need column no .
I hope it is clear to you
Note that the formula for target pro rata and target is the same... its just that i need different labels
