Complicated Pivot table

Hello,

I have a set of data from excel and I have to represent that in a different way.In the attached QVW I have fields from Excel file(attached) and I have used master calendar to generate month fields.

We have different phases and based on the month that has to be separated in the table.

Any help is highly appreciated.
