Hi,
can some one help me here for below scenario
i have two objects which i am concatenating
HOLD:
LOAD [Project ID],
[HOLD Closure date],
//[HOLD Closure date2],
// Field_Text,
// Old_Value_Text,
// New_Value_Text,
[PSA Project pse Project ID]
FROM
[$(QVD_Path)\GSD_HOLDClosuredate.qvd]
(qvd)
;
Concatenate
LOAD [Project ID],
//[HOLD Closure date],
[HOLD Closure date2],
// Field_Text,
// Old_Value_Text,
// New_Value_Text,
[PSA Project pse Project ID]
FROM
[$(QVD_Path)\GSD_HOLDClosuredate2.qvd]
(qvd);
From above you can see i am getting output in 4 lines but i need it in 2 lines.
can some one suggest me here.
Best Regards,
Hari
you are concatenating the tables not the fields ?
bcz you have two dates for closure date and closure date2 its having two seperate project pse dates
HOLD:
LOAD [Project ID],
[HOLD Closure date],
//[HOLD Closure date2],
// Field_Text,
// Old_Value_Text,
// New_Value_Text,
[PSA Project pse Project ID]
FROM
[$(QVD_Path)\GSD_HOLDClosuredate.qvd]
(qvd);
JOIN(HOLD)
LOAD [Project ID],
//[HOLD Closure date],
[HOLD Closure date2],
// Field_Text,
// Old_Value_Text,
// New_Value_Text,
[PSA Project pse Project ID]
FROM
[$(QVD_Path)\GSD_HOLDClosuredate2.qvd]
(qvd);

Hi Arvind,
Sorry, what you need from my end , is my QVW application?
Try this:
map1:
mapping LOAD
[PSA Project pse Project ID],
[HOLD Closure date2],
FROM
[$(QVD_Path)\GSD_HOLDClosuredate2.qvd]
(qvd);
HOLD:
[PSA Project pse Project ID],
[HOLD Closure date],
applymap('map1', [PSA Project pse Project ID],'unknown')
FROM
[$(QVD_Path)\GSD_HOLDClosuredate.qvd]
(qvd)
