Connect to SQL

Hi Experts,

I am using Qlikview 11.2 , 32-bit .  How can i connect to SQL through ODBC? how can i configure DSN setup?

Try like this ..

Goto control panel->administrative tools->data sources(ODBC). There you can add a user DSN (data source name). When you click add you can select the ODBC driver (which has to be installed) and give the configuration

In qlikview you can select direct DSN.

After that Install Oracle. Then connect with your Access so that you will get....

How can i create New Data Source in  System DNS.

Follow these steps to create system DSN.

1. Click Start, point to Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Data Sources(ODBC).
2. Click the System DSN tab, and then click Add.
3. Click the database driver that corresponds with the database type to which you are connecting, and then click Finish.
