Connect to url through text object Issue

Hi Folks,

I have a rquirement. I have field called Text it contains text values and url links. I want to show text object which shows text values and when it displays url link then we should have action to conect the url link  in text object

Example

ID      Text

1	twitter
2	facebook
3	google
4	flipkart
5	amazon
6	https://twitter.com/
7	https://www.facebook.com/
8	https://www.google.co.in/
9	https://www.flipkart.com/
10	https://www.amazon.com/

when click on 1 it have to show twitter because it is text

when click on 6 it have to show https://twitter.com and if user clicks on https://twitter.com (in text object) then app should direct to https://twitter.com. Could you please help me with this. for referesnce I am attaching qvw and excel file
