Connection lost error message while opening the app

Hello All,

I'm getting below error when try to open the application in Qlik sense hub from outside the server. Im able to open the hub but when i try to open the app, it will be loaded in next tab and this message get fired. Im accessing the hub like https://test.test.com/hub so I have added the address test.test.com, DNS and server ip in virtual host white list. Also tried disabling firewalls. Please advise.

"Connection lost: Make sure that Qlik Sense is running properly.

If your session has timed out due to inactivity, refresh to continue working."

Did you ever find out what the cause was for this error? We're seeing it now for some users but not others. I suspect it has to do with permissions but am not 100% certain.

Just determined our case had to due with license allocation. Allocating the user a license token resolved the issue.
