Converting If condition to Set Analysis

can any help me to convert following If condition to set analysis.

if (Date<=(UserSelectedDate)
AND (DueDate > UserSelectedDate or Isnull(paydate))

The functionality of above code is doing running total with conditions. Instead of using If conditions, I would like to use Set analysis.

@sangeeth8787 Are you using QlikView or Sense?  I would like to move this into the correct product forum. Thank you.
