Create a Rolling 12 month flag based on the max date in my data

I have a data set that I receive each quarter that has data up through the previous qtr.  For instance today is 11/1/2018 and the max date is 6/30/2018. The data will not be refreshed until January 2019 and then the max date will be 9/30/2018.  I have a date element called MonthBegindate  which is the first day of the month in which the sales occurred.  i.e. 6/1/2018

I need a flag to show that my current rolling 12 months is from 7/1/2017 to 6/1/2018 and the Previous rolling 12 months is from 7/1/2016 to 6/1/2017.  I need it dynamic to always be based on the max date in the data.
