Hello all,

I have a small issue. I have a chart with cyclic group and I do not see the arrow mark beside the cyclic group icon to move from different levels of cyclic group. My server version is 11.2 SR6.. Can anyone help me sort out this?

In AJAX it is a bit different then IE Client and Desktop. There is no down arrow to the right. Left clicking takes you to the next one on the list, right clicking displays the list.

Can you attach a screen shot, probably you need to resize your chart object.

Hi Reshma,

In Qlikview desktop - open the document and turn on Webview mode and check for the icon if its present.
