Dashboard not populated at access point

Hi All,

When we login at access point with the credentials in chrome for both Windows and Mac the dashboard does't gets populate at the browser.  But if we refresh the browser the dashboard gets populated.

Any work around for this.

To understand if this is a browser issue (which I suspect), try with other browsers. Or, this could even be a security setting issue like pop-up blocking or something similar, you might want to check it with IT team.

Hi Tresesco,

We tried with different servers and its working fine. But when it comes to Chrome for MAC and chrome for android.

I believe there is not security setting applied.
