Data not being passed securely

I just upgarded a server from 10 SR3 to 10 SR4 . I was reviewing the dashboard to make sure everything was stable. 

I received a message on several dashboard tabs . The issues seem to stem from charts only. 

Has anyone encountered this and how did you overcome the issue?

Is this on IE8?

It is on IE 8.  However, it has been seen on IE7 as well.
