Hi,

This files can be used for versioning purpose.  Check whether your company is doing any versioning like Tortoise SVN etc.

Regards,

Jagan.

‌Are you asking how to prevent someone from creating a -prj folder ( not possible I think) or are you experincing -prj folders  being created automatically? If you are experiencing the automatic problem, that was a bug that was fixed I think around sr5.

Hi

I think it is qlikview standard to create prj folder. When we save all the time new qlikview file it wil create automatically with file name with -prj.

This will include several important files and this will help for versioning , monitor the changed objects and who made the change etc........

Qlikview.txt - contains all the files included in the qlikview file.

LoadScript.txt. - this contain Load script of the qlikview file which we created.

when I work on desktop version always I delete that folder. It doesn't effect for my qlikview file because always it is in outside from that folder.
