Disadvantages of resident load?

Hi All,

Can I get some help with below statements respective to Resident Load? Especially point 2 (Also are my answer for other statements correct?)

  1. Partial Load is not possible - False
  2. Resident load goes through each record in a table. Is that a disadvantage? - ??
  3. Resident load reads from disk. Is that a disadvantage? - False
  4. no concatenate be done in resident load - False

Thanks!

Your answers 1,3,4 seem correct to me.

I am not sure what 2 actually should mean.

Maybe it's in opposition to a QVD optimized LOAD, where the table is read in 'as a whole', so will be read in faster, but with very limited options to filter / transform the read in data.

I don't think there is a clear true / false to this question, it depends on the context.
