Document to learn about macros!

Hi All

Is there is any document to learn about qlikview other than QlikView Automation Reference.pdf and API Guide.qvw. As I haven't worked much with macros. Finding it difficult to start working on it. Any help on providing the help document is appreciated.

it can be just one chapter od any VBScript book you get from the web
