Any clues on why is the install failing? What does the Event Viewer says? Is there any installation log that helps? Is there any chance that you already have that version installed (Help menu, About QlikView)?
Again, although the best would be to have the file in Italian, the only inconvenience I see is that you have to change the language, and that's all.
I haven't see the Event Viewer, but the QV error message is referred to a different version and so I suspect that this difference is due to different language (Italian for my QV 10 SR 1 installation and English for the update).
