It is true as
@Shubham_Deshmukh writes, you should look into the crosstable functionality, but it will not be a simple straight forward handling hence you have two header rows in your table.
Consider if it is possible, by simple means, to change to source to a single header pivot. If it is possible then a simple crosstable load will do the trick.
Don't worry if it not possible to make adjustents in the source, it is still doable. I suggest you to do a google search like this:
