Hi All,
I am facing an issue while loading daily updated excel from the folder.
I need to avoid Supplier_Items file and pick only Items file from the folder.
Excel Files Name
Analytics_20180612_080003Z_M4O7PX6RZ1KCVEXGZO1U_Items |
Analytics_20180612_080003Z_M4O7PX6RZ1KCVEXGZO1U_Supplier_Items |
Analytics_20190722_080004Z_4M6P7FO9HJ2UDWFYG73D_Items |
Analytics_20190722_080004Z_4M6P7FO9HJ2UDWFYG73D_Supplier_Items |
Below is the code I am using to get all the file for Items with a different date and avoid supplier_items file.
TempTable:
LOAD *
From Analytics_*_Items;
Output Required:
Analytics_20180612_080003Z_M4O7PX6RZ1KCVEXGZO1U_Items
Analytics_20190722_080004Z_4M6P7FO9HJ2UDWFYG73D_Items
Output Coming:
Analytics_20180612_080003Z_M4O7PX6RZ1KCVEXGZO1U_Items |
Analytics_20180612_080003Z_M4O7PX6RZ1KCVEXGZO1U_Supplier_Items |
Analytics_20190722_080004Z_4M6P7FO9HJ2UDWFYG73D_Items |
Analytics_20190722_080004Z_4M6P7FO9HJ2UDWFYG73D_Supplier_Items |
If the length of the file names will always be the smae, maybe something like:
From Analytics_?????????????????????????????????????_Items;
@sourabhkuchya Are you using Qlik View or Sense? I would like to move this to the correct product forum. This one is typically for general discussion around the community platform.
Sourabh, I believe Mike's recommendation is the easiest, but have a look at the following Design Blog post as well, bit more complicated, but may open up other options for you... If you did use Mike's solution, be sure to give him credit by clicking the Accept as Solution button on his post.
