Email Alert Document Load Failure

Running Qlikview 11 Server, no publisher.  Restarted all Services after email setup. Document load failures are not sending out email Alerts.  Am I missing something?

Email setup, test emails work fine:

Qlik support was great and helped out with this issue.  If you are using gmail Business Apps domain, set

Host name: ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM

Port :25

Authentication: Anonymous

This is the legacy restricted server and does not require SSL or TLS.

Thanks for the reply wizard. All these settings are correct, the test email works fine.  Any more ideas on what to check?

I tried all suggestions stated in https://qliktech-public-v7.hosted.jivesoftware.com/thread/111467 and it's still not working. It does seem like this should work without running Publisher.
