Emp Joined and Resigned in a month

Hi All,

Can someone help me find the emp joined and emp resigned every month. i used interval match to find the active employees in a month. i have 30k ids and so i generated YYYYMM instead of individual dates as it is not feasible. please help me on how to find the emp joined in a month and emp resigned in a month.
