Enter a problem with QlikView Desktop

Hi all. 

We have a problem with QlikView Desktop version.

 

when we trying to open .qvw documents from the qlikview server we get the following error "Server communication lost, closing documents" . this problem with all documents. But we truing open the documents from Access poit all worked correct.

In logs I see the following error "CAL allocation: No named CAL  assigned  to user %MyLogin% - usage denied"

 

Pls help me

Hi!
A few questions: are you opening the same document with the same users in two different clients?

Does the user have a named cal?

Is the Desktop Client the same version as the server?
